We are looking for a Chemistry Professor to join the Engineering team. This is an on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, where you will own meaningful work from day one.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of chemistry professor projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and tooling
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation and code/design reviews
- Identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the wider team
What you will bring
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in a Chemistry Professor or closely related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
