We are looking for a Director of Design to join the Design team. This is an on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, where you will own meaningful work from day one.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuously raise the bar on craft and execution.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of director of design projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and tooling
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation and code/design reviews
- Identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the wider team
What you will bring
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Director of Design or closely related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
